Seafood Market Update

We post a Fresh Seafood Market Update every Monday on our website.  This provides an understanding of the broad selection of product we offer and it also gives the ratings provided by FishWise and the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch.  This is helpful to our customers so they can make th apprproate purchases for their sustainable efforts as well as selecting the perfect menu specials.

Seafood 101 Training

Our Seafood 101 Training course is geared toward educating our customers about the seafood they serve in their establishments.  The training covers such items as general product knowledge, differences in the handling of the products offered through our program, harvest methods, origins and sustainability.  The One-hour class consists of a lecture with a question and answer session.  We even include reference material so information can be reiewed at any time.  For details or to setup a class time, contact our sales department (800.273.4741).
